Pricing FAQ

Does the free version expire or add a watermark?

No and no. The free app is not a trial and never expires. Exports carry no watermark, on either plan.

Do Pro features run in the cloud?

Almost all Pro features run on your machine. Two optional features are cloud-powered, and both are clearly labeled and always your choice: cloud translation sends subtitle text, and cloud transcription sends your video's audio track, never the video itself, which stays on your machine. The local engines always remain available.

How do I cancel, and what happens then?

Cancel yourself anytime in the billing portal: sign in with your purchase email and it's two clicks, no questions, no retention flow. (Emailing [email protected] works too.) You keep everything you made, the free app keeps working as always, and Pro features stay active until the end of the period you paid for, plus a generous offline grace window.

Do I need an account?

No account. Pro activates with a license key from your purchase email, checked on your machine.

Can I use one license on two computers?

Yes, a personal license covers up to three of your machines.
